Taking over the West Coast, Western Style!

When Tampa Florida’s, Writer, Director and Producer Christopher Chapman set out to create a stylistic western action packed drama he decided to go to the West, California, and make the production feel and look the part.

Zorya Film’s first short film project started with a call to Burn One Production Producer and Director Ashley Eberbach who produced the short film. Ashley and Christopher worked together for many months to put together such an elaborate project and when it came time to shoot it, it was one heck of a ride!

The short film packs more punch into 5 minutes then most action movies! What Christopher and Ashley where able to create is a visually stunning 5 minute short film that has now been accepted to many festivals including, HollyShort (more info here). But don’t let the run time fool you, this 5 minutes is a ride you don’t want to miss! With Cinematographer Thor behind the camera and an A-Rate production team, the shots are as visually impactful as anything we have ever seen before!

The film was shot mainly on an 8 blade octocopter aka drone that can carry a payload of up to 20 pounds. Aerial photography was provided by our amazing partners in Los Angeles, which Zorya Films has used on other productions since.
