Christopher Lawrence Chapman, CEO
Christopher Lawrence Chapman has an interesting background. Among other media related backgrounds, he was a commercial photographer, and a creative writer. He has photographed and documented various places of interest around the world, including his personal favorite, Chernobyl and the horrific aftermath which followed the nuclear disaster there. He is a licensed attorney and holds a multitude of complex ratings for helicopter and fix wing aircraft. He has managed large scale projects, headed up medium sized corporations, and continues to remain active in various business ventures. His creative eye with a foundation in business and the law, lends itself to a solid production capability not normally seen outside of large Hollywood studios. Christopher has directed numerous film projects, features, and has produced a wide range of projects spanning multiple genres.
Phil Jessen, Producer
Philip Jessen was born and raised in Dayton, OH. In 2002 he made the move to Southern California to pursue his passion of film-making. He and fellow Zorya team member, Ashley Eberbach have a long history of collaborating (producing for one another), the result being numerous award winning short films and eye-pleasing music videos. His directorial debut “Personal Day” received several awards and nominations. Philip has been producing with Zorya Films since the making of it’s first project, “Axiom” (produced in association with Burn One Productions and written and directed by Ashley Eberbach).
Giorgio Daveed, Cinematographer
Giorgio Daveed is an Award winning feature film director of photography and producer. He has worked on over 12 features films in a span of 4 years. He is committed to creating dynamic visual experience for the audience. He holds a double Bachelor from San Diego State University in International Business with an emphases in Management and Marketing and a Liberal Arts and Sciences in Central European and Russian Studies. Ashley Eberbach, Director
Ashley Eberbach is the owner of Burn One Productions, LLC. She was born in Ann Arbor, MI before moving to Los Angeles, CA to build her work as an independent filmmaker. She is an award winning writer/director for her movies ‘History of Made Up Things’, and “Axiom” She has directed five other films including “Speech” and “Dream On”. Ashley is a still photographer, and commericial/music video director as well. She is currently developing her first feature film, a thriller set in her home state of Michigan.
Bobby Marinelli, Director
Bobby Marinelli is a Floridian born filmmaker. In 2006, he graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Telecommunication Production. Soon after he began working in television, with production credits on Discovery Channel’s Miami Ink and Dual Survival and TLC’s What Not to Wear. In 2010, he received a Master of Fine Arts in Film Production from Florida State University’s College of Motion Picture Arts. His thesis film “Waking Eloise” won, among other honors, a College Television Award for comedy short, the Grand Jury Prize for a short at Dances With Films and inclusion in the 2011 American Pavilion’s Emerging Filmmakers Showcase at the Cannes Film Festival. Bobby’s feature film work includes Production Designing 2012’s Roswell FM, 2014’s Altitude, 2015’s The Accident and Art Directing the 2013 Sundance Film Festival Selection, The Rambler. Bobby now lives in St Petersberg Florida where he’s working diligently to produce his first feature film City of Mermaids.
